A shared workspace can put people a few feet apart. Building a meaningful relationship takes something more.
For Caleb Crutchfield, that possibility became a calling.
After spending eight months in a downtown Dallas coworking environment in 2018, Caleb saw an opportunity to help people connect more deeply. A natural connector with a background in Christian pastoral ministry, he launched Collaborate Good in 2019 to create space for honest conversations about life’s bigger questions.
What shapes our decisions? How do we avoid regret? What makes a relationship meaningful? How do we decide what is true?
Through its Conversation Matters forums, the nonprofit invites people to explore those questions, examine their beliefs, and listen respectfully to people who see the world differently.
### Faith That Moves Toward People
Collaborate Good’s work is rooted in a Christian conviction: every person has unique worth because they are created by God.
That belief shapes how the organization approaches disagreement. Different perspectives deserve thoughtful engagement, and meaningful differences are worth exploring. The goal is to bring people closer through honest, caring relationships.
Jesus’ undeserved love for the world provides the motivation. Humility makes room for the conversation.
For Caleb, that means helping create environments where people can discuss what matters without needing to have every answer.
### Bringing Connection Into the Workday
Coworking spaces bring together people with different professions, backgrounds, and beliefs. Collaborate Good builds on that proximity by encouraging relationships that go beyond introductions and business cards.
Its approach is deliberately personal: gather face to face, ask meaningful questions, and give people room to speak and listen.
Caleb brings a sense of fun to that work, too. His interests include meeting new people, finding humor in everyday life, exploring cultural questions, and understanding how ideas shape the way people live.
Those interests reflect the purpose behind Collaborate Good: helping people live meaningful and satisfying lives, with stronger connections to the people around them.
### A Founder’s Faith in Practice
Caleb’s story offers a practical expression of faith in the marketplace. His work starts with noticing people, making space for them, and treating their questions with care.
Collaborate Good puts that conviction into practice, one conversation at a time.
